Fall Fashion Alert

Clogs are back in season! Perhaps this isn’t an alert, but it’s a trend I’m definitely feeling and will be on this Fall and Winter. I remember this style being popular years back and I had some- they weren’t heels- that were SO uncomfortable, but I rocked the devil out of them anyway The new styles are sexier and actually more comfy. Only problem, what style to pick?! There are so many different versions that can be rocked so many different ways!

Ok, it’s no secret…Urban Outfitters is my favorite place to find funky & fly clothes. I can always find something that the “average” chick wouldn’t rock (though there are plenty of people who shop there, of course). They’ve got some super cute tanks with sexy back detailing on their website right now…

Beautifullest Thing

I think I’m gonna start a new category in my blog, starting today. I have Dope Girl Fresh for the hot artists/performers/entertainers, but we’ll have to include girls who I think are simply gawwww-juss! I’ma call them Hot Thangs (you have to say it like Prince would sing it, lol). I don’t have a problem ever telling a female she’s fly or hot and I recognize “quality” when I see it. No stupid “no homo” disclaimer necessary. I don’t know why more women can’t give other women props! After all, you want props when you’re on your ish, right?! Lol.

Well the first Hot Thang is Irina Shayk. I was flipping through my boyfriend’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and saw this Russian model and was like “whoa!” I told my boyfriend, “Man, I think I’ve found one of the prettiest females in the world!” (Like I discovered her or something, hahahaaa). Apparently, he’d already blogged about her, so I was late, but at any rate, chick is bad.

Irina’s 25 years old and models for La Perla, Victoria’s Secret, is the face of lingerie brand Intermissi and Beach Bunny Swimwear. Also, I now know why I know her beautiful face…she was a Guess girl and I remember seeing her in their lookbook last year.

Yes Ma’am!!!

I always say “Yes Ma’am!” or “Yes Sir!” when I see or hear something that I really like or really touches me. I’ve had quite a few of these moments lately….

Yes Ma’am to Queen Jan KILLING it on the American Idol finale. Just in case yall forgot, this was a subtle reminder. Ok, it wasn’t subtle…that body was like POW POW! Young’ns (with the exception of Bey, LOL!) take note. This is what a performer looks like.

I live in leggings

Pretty much, I DO live in leggings. Or tight tight jeans. I got these cool leggings by Married To The Mob last week. I’ve yet to wear them, but I picture them with a floaty top and some sky high stilettos. What you think?
