Posted: September 21, 2009 at 10:47 pmI was sitting and eating with some friends the other day, and the subject of “she’s a whore” came up when one of the dudes started talking about a certain young lady. One of my female friends asked him why the girl was a whore, and he went into his explanation. “She’s a freak, she sleeps with randoms, she was letting me touch all on her…”
I’ve always wondered, though, what does exactly constitute a chick being a hoe? I mean, is it the quantity of guys that she’s slept with? That she’s “messed with?” Is it the quality of the dudes? Is it how sexually uninhibited she is behind closed doors? Is it how she acts, walks, talks, carries herself? Some girls get called a hoe just because she does videos. Hmmm. Some are called hoes because they choose to give play to one dude over another. :p I just hear that word tossed around so easily.
One of my other guy friends who wasn’t in on this particular convo once said that girls define “whore” in any way that would exclude them from the category (lol). I don’t know if I agree with that, but uhhhh….I guess my version of it-dumbed down, of course- is a chick who has no discretion of who she sleeps with. If she can get money for it, cool. If she gets a dinner for it, cool. Drinks, VIP entry into the hot club, a little “shine?” Cool. It don’t matter if the dude cares about her, sluts her out, or is known to play every chick around her, she doesn’t have the self-esteem to even care. As long as she gets a little attention. I could go more in-depth, but as I said, this is my dumbed down definition.
Quantity doesn’t exactly say a whoooole lot (I mean, sleeping with 100 dudes is not what’s up, but, you know what I’m saying) but that seems to be what alot of people think. Being “a freak” also doesn’t mean much to me either. I would think that’d be a positive (lol) unless she’s sharing it with the world all the time and anytime.
What do yall think? What would qualify a girl as a whore in your opinion?

Okay, a freak is different from a Whore (aka hoe). First a freak is a good thing in my opinion. Case in point, my wife and I have an extravegant sex life and she is up for almost any sane thing, this will make her a freak. But a Whore is what you said, a PERSON who will do anybody or anything with no regard to their character or physical condition. The dictionary describes a whore as a woman who engages in promiscuous sexual intercourse, usually for money; prostitute; harlot; strumpet. Promiscuous is not what makes them a whore it’s who they do it with that makes them the HOE. Men included.

Haha hold on why you got the pic of Nikki at the bottom?? Haha. But I agree with you. Freak does not qualify you being a hoe. Niggas are stupid cause if you a freak and I sleep with you and I’m down for all the freaky ish you wanna do then what does that make me? We need to stop calling females freaks cause that word has a bad rep but in my eyes doesn’t mean anything bad. Funny thing is is that most dudes look for a freak. So I suggest we stop calling females freaks and just say sexual or something or call her normal cause that’s what it is. Quantity and discretion are the two determining factors for if someones a hoe or not, male or female.

Like my man Rass Kass said “If bitches aint shit but hoes and tricks, then niggas aint shit but hoes wit dicks”, he’s basically saying it goes both ways, One can’t be a freak or hoe without the inclusion of the other. Peace!
